The Pregnant Man Emoji (🫃)
The **Pregnant Man (🫃)** and **Pregnant Person (🫄)** emojis were introduced to promote **Inclusivity and Representation**. These icons acknowledge the diverse experiences of pregnancy across different gender identities and bodies.
1. A Symbol of Inclusion
Added as part of the Emoji 14.0 update, these symbols are designed to recognize trans men and non-binary people who can experience pregnancy. It's a significant milestone for the **LGBTQ+ community**, ensuring more people can see themselves reflected in digital language.
2. Playful & Literal Meanings
Beyond its primary meaning of representation, the 🫃 emoji is often used playfully to describe a "food baby" (being very full after a large meal). This duality is common with emojis, where a symbol carries both deep social significance and lighthearted everyday humor.
